From contract to zero on the client account.

Contract
The purchase contract is signed. The assignment comes to us.

Settlement form
Seller and buyer fill it in digitally — accounts, loans, split.
- 03
Payment in
The purchase price lands on the client account. Full payment triggers a text.
- 04
Handover
Digital handover protocol. Any defects are followed up in the system.
- 05
Registration
Deed and mortgages are registered. Title passes.
- 06
Redemption
The seller's loans are redeemed, mortgages deleted.
- 07
Final settlement
Funds are paid out. The client account balances to zero.
